The National Defense Academy opened the fourth command and staff refresher course for operational and strategic-level officers and the 24th master’s degree course for officers of the Lao People's Army on October 27 in Hanoi.
Minister of National Defense General Phan Van Giang had a working session with the National Defense Academy on February 22 to review the implementation of several key tasks of the academy in 2022.
